Our Curriculum

At SRVS School our vision is to create a primary school that encourages its children to explore, discover and dream. We want to help each child become a caring, confident and curious young person who has a passion for learning and achieving.

At SRVS School our intention is that our curriculum extends opportunity, raises aspirations, opens children’s eyes to the world beyond their immediate environment, enables our children to live happy, healthy and productive lives which inspires them to want to learn more.

Our seven school values; friendship, respect, excellence, determination, courage, equality and inspiration aim to build resilience and encourage a positive mind set as it is often through mistakes we learn the most.

The school follows the guidelines as outlined in NEP 2020. Within a structured framework, the curriculum allows flexibility to incorporate the unique needs and interests of children while delivering an integrated learning experience. The curriculum engages students in a manner to discover their full potential and thus preparing them to be a game-changer for the future.

The curriculum of the Primary Wing is designed with the aim of focusing on the following:

5.       PSPE (Personal Social and Physical Education)

The Primary students reflect the keen sense of differentiating between things and develop their own perspectives, giving them a relevant yet unique identity. At this stage, we inculcate the culture of learning by questioning concepts, lessons, and methodologies in a bid to attain cognitive knowledge of subjects. SRVS leverages on emerging and interactive technologies combined with experiential learning to simplify concepts and optimize the retention power in students. Such an enabling environment provides equal growth opportunities for students to accumulate unlimited wisdom on a global front.
